T2M Resourcing are working with a ‘hi-tech’ division of a global organisation who have an opportunity for a Business Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager as Business Administrator you will be a key player in the team and be involved in the internal sales process engaging with internal and external stakeholders and general business activities.

This is a great opportunity and would ideally suit a graduate who has perhaps successfully completed a business degree or similar seeking their first or second role. The working environment is collegiate and supportive with an ethos of everyone “pitches in.”

  • Hybrid Working.
  • Salary up to £29,000 (dependent upon experience) + Benefits Package and the opportunity to join a successful and growing global business.
What will you be doing?

As Business Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of quotations & processing of purchase orders.
  • Maintenance of sales database and preparation of reports.
  • General internal sales process related administrative duties.
  • Liaising with our Resellers about expired quotes and with End Customers and Resellers about annual subscriptions that are due to expire shortly.
  • Internal quality system administration
  • Ad hoc commercial administrative duties.

To be successful as Business Administrator you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Educated to degree level or similar – business related qualification.
  • Excellent Excel skills – essential.
  • A ‘finisher’, with initiative to solve problems and commitment to see tasks through to completion.
  • Highly numerate and skilled at problem solving.
  • A committed team player, but also comfortable to work alone.
  • Deadline driven with an “eye for detail”.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
