This is a fantastic opportunity to join a residential construction group as a Change Manager. This construction company has almost 50 years of experience and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team. This role requires a clear and confident communicator with experience working with ERP/CRM systems and construction. The Change Managers’ key responsibility will be to create and implement a change management strategy for the groups movement to a centralised ERP system.

Responsibilities of a Change Manager:

  • Manage the integration of an ERP system.
  • Establish and set out a group strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct regular meetings across all levels of seniority.
  • Liaise with stakeholders.
  • Work towards an efficient change process.

Requirements to be successful as a Change Manager:

  • Construction industry experience.
  • Change management track record.
  • ERP/CRM system experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This is a hybrid role based in the Midlands, applicants must have a UK driving licence as the role will require travel to sites across the county. As a contracting role, the company are offering flexible day rates based on experience.
