T2M Technical and Engineering are recruiting for a Communications Manager for an established, leading outsource provider, who is going through a period of transformation.

Communications Manager
(West Midlands / North West / Hybrid)

As Communications Manager, you will support the transformation project through change management to ensure effective stakeholder engagement in relation to the delivery and transition of new systems / ways working.

What will you be doing?

As a Communications Manager, you will undertake the following duties:

  • Analyse the impact of change.
  • Create and deliver effective communication strategy.
  • Manage internal communications across different stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Write, edit, draft content as required for different communication mediums.
What are we looking for?

The successful Communications Manager will need the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:

  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Change management certification or equivalent.
  • Transformation – programme / project experience.
  • Business change experience in relation to systems within a large organisation.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
