Electrician

T2M are currently working alongside an Electrical Contractor who offer full survey, design, installation, commissioning and testing/inspection electrical services, to help them recruit an Electrician to join their growing team of field engineers.

As an Electrician you will be responsible for helping to deliver all of the different electrical services that the organisation provides into a variety of settings, predominantly commercial and industrial environments.

As an Electrician, key responsibilities will include:

• General electrical installations to include a mix of the following:
  • Steel wired armoured cable.
  • Steel Cable Tray.
  • Controls cabling.
  • Trunking and ladder rack.
  • Metal and Plastic Conduit.
  • Solar PV, EV charging and Fire alarm systems.
  • Data/Security/CCTV cabling.
  • BMS.
  • Power Distribution.
  • General Lighting and Power.
• Performing testing and inspections.
• Commissioning and fault finding.
• Control Panel Wiring/Manufacture.

To be successful as an Electrician, you will have the following qualifications: 

• Trained and qualified in BS 7671 18^th
• NVQ Level 3.
• A full clean UK Driving License.
• ECS/CSCS Approved Electrician.
• Additional qualifications a bonus (City & Guilds 2394, 2395 or 2391 / IPAF / PASMA / SSSTS or SMSTS).

This role will be based from home with the use of a company van to travel to customer sites, therefore a UK Driving License is a requirement. There is a salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience, with the opportunity for plenty of overtime and paid travel, offering a fantastic earning potential.
