 T2M have been retained to recruit a Finance Change & Transformation Manager for a market leading global group with a turnover in excess of £4B. This is an exciting opportunity that will own the finance change management programme, ensuring that the solutions and processes are implemented effectively from a ‘fit for purpose’ / business readiness perspective and supported by great communications and stakeholder engagement.

We need a finance professional who ideally has a manufacturing / product based business background and knows what good looks like, thrives in change and transformation and has strong tenure within a complex international multi-entity company.

This key appointment will report into the Finance Transformation Director, helping to shape and implement finance and business projects that meet the future finance agenda. This will be a remote role with some travel in the UK and other global locations as required.

What will you be doing?

What you be doing in your role as Finance Change & Transformation Manager:

  • Conduit for change and transformation activities to ensure smooth project implementation across global stakeholder footprint throughout the lifecycle of the finance projects.
  • Working as part of a wider PMO team and being accountable for the project delivery, ensuring the relevant working parties are fully engaged and meeting project timelines.
  • Communicate the ‘why and how’ to ensure business readiness and that compliance requirements are met, to include training for all business users.
What are we looking for?

Requirements to be a successful Finance Change & Transformation Manager:

  • Ideally qualified CIMA / ACCA or equivalent.
  • Degree in an accounting or finance.
  • Business process improvement tool experience e.g. Prince2 / Six Sigma.
  • Ideally 5 years of experience in change and transformation.
  • Confident and articulate with great influencing and communication skills to build effective relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Inquisitive and detail focused – happy to dig into information to find solutions to issues.
  • Strong systems experience in Finance ERP.
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Must be able to develop and deliver relevant training programmes.
  • Must have a driving licence and be happy to travel within the UK & globally.
