Finance Manager

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a successful, multi entity and rapidly growing business services company.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability and compliance across all entities. Leading a team of ten, you’ll oversee month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll drive strategic improvements, collaborate across departments, and support ongoing finance development.

• Salary: Up to £70K dependent on experience
• Gloucester – Hybrid working

As Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team of 10.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate management accounts.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee budget preparation.
• Implement financial controls and process improvements.
• Ensure statutory compliance and provide technical finance guidance.
• Support financial integration of acquisitions and contribute to ad-hoc projects.

To be successful as Finance Manager, you will demonstrate the following:

• Ideally a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent).
• Strong financial reporting and compliance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; Sage 200 and CIS knowledge advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments.
