T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager for a well established and highly successful manufacturing group that has annual turnover in excess of £10m. As Finance Manger you will be a key player in the finance team providing finance business partnering to the operational managers.

  • Salary £35,000 to £45,000 & Benefits Package
  • Hybrid Role – 3 days on site – Kidderminster
What will you be doing?

As Finance manager reporting directly to the Financial Director your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare, produce, analyse, and report on accounts with ‘day to day’ transaction processing.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and monthly analysis accounts.
  • KPI reporting for allotted KPIs.
  • Analyses of company credit cards expenditure.
  • Prepare VAT returns.
  • Provide ‘business partnering’ to the operational managers.
What are we looking for?

To be successful as Finance Manager you will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Ideally AAT qualified and progressing towards CIMA / ACCA.
  • Articulate, inquisitive and commercially astute.
  • Team player, able to work on own initiative.
  • Good standard of education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • IT literate with systems experience and good Excel skills.
