Financial Accountant

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Financial Accountant for a successful international group. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company who has gone from strength to strength, producing a huge range of products and providing exceptional customer service. This role would require 3 days a week working in the office.

As Financial Accountant, key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated accounts.
• Ensure Statutory Accounts are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee the submission of statutory and compliance returns including tax.
• Ensure the external audit is well managed and act as the key point of contact for the External Auditors.
• Produce and review all assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Work with the Financial Controller to drive improvements within Accounting processes.
• Stock accounting – carry out stock valuation & bill of materials.

To be successful as Financial Accountant, you will have the following skills and
experience:

• Experience in a similar Financial Accountant role within a commercial business (ideally manufacturing/ distribution).
• A qualified Accountant ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or equivalent (QBE will also be considered).
• Experience of stock accounting, bill of materials would be beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, which adapt appropriately to different environments and stakeholders.
• Comfortable prioritising actions and multitasking effectively.
