FP&A Manager – Hybrid

T2M Resourcing are recruiting this newly created FP&A Manager position for a successful international group. The company has a great working environment with a positive and friendly culture. This hybrid role would require the FP&A Manager to be in the office 3 days per week and provides the opportunity the set-up and deliver a robust reporting and forecasting framework, with consistent processes across the operating businesses and with a particular initial focus on financial modelling and handling ad-hoc requests for financial data.

As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Support the set-up, development and running of the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Provide timely and accurate rolling forecast and budget information.
• Setting up financial models / data modelling.
• Working with other finance colleagues to draw on information to perform data analysis and drive additional insights into the business to improve performance and decision making.

As FP&A Manager, you will have the following skills and experience: 

• Qualified Accountant with experience of financial planning, reporting and analysis (FP&A).
• Demonstrable experience of budgeting and forecasting, P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecast and financial modelling, ideally within a group environment.
• Commercially focused, technically sharp, forwarding thinking, with great attention to detail.
• Business focused mindset with strong finance systems and modelling skills.
• Excited about creating and evolving processes that are ‘fit for purpose’ and provide great business insights.
• Exceptional Excel skills (advanced formula level).
