T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a highly successful and fast growing global organisation who have an opportunity for International Head of Credit & Billing. As International Head of Credit & Billing you will manage the international invoicing and collections processes and identify business opportunities/risks and their anticipated effect on cash.

  • Salary £100,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package
  • Hybrid role/London

As International Head of Credit & Billing you will report directly to the Group Finance Director and key responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for the management of the working capital, ensuring ‘best in class ‘ practices are consistently applied and developed across the group
  • Be proactive in developing key relationships with the global senior leadership team
  • Responsible for the evolution of company strategy to improve the effectiveness of the working capital function from people, systems and processes
  • Implement incentive schemes for working capital performance, inspiring innovative ways of working
  • Manage and exceed DSO targets, taking action to ensure risk mitigation

As an inspirational International Head of Credit & Billing you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record in delivering measurable improvements in working capital management
  • A strategic thinker with significant experience of driving change management processes and a continuous improvement culture
  • International team management experience including virtual management of global based teams
  • Ability to understand historical working patterns to be able to create positive change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build strong networks
  • Proactive in driving performance
