T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Management Accountant with strong financial analysis skills to join the finance team of a division (with a turnover in excess of £100m) who are part of a successful major international group.
Our client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic part / recently qualified accountant who loves to work on their own initiative but also thrives as a team player, this is a dual role with management accountant responsibility coupled with the delivery of financial analysis and financial modelling, delivering business insights through high quality data reporting. There will also be projects to support ensuring a varied, challenging and rewarding role.
The office location offers a modern environment coupled with an inclusive and innovative culture; this hybrid role would require the Management Accountant to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant (Finance Analyst) include:
- Preparing Monthly Management Accounts.
- Preparing insightful monthly reporting packs for decision makers.
- Assisting with preparation of yearly budget and quarterly reforecasting.
- Attending monthly P&L reviews with key stakeholders.
- Responsible for financial analysis / modelling, business insights and ad-hoc data reporting.
- Supporting special projects.
Requirements to be a successful Management Accountant (Finance Analyst):
- Part or recently qualified CIMA / ACCA or equivalent.
- Degree in an accounting, finance, business, economics, IT, or similar subject.
- Must have strong financial analytical & modelling skills, KPI / audit experience.
- Must be IT savvy, with strong excel and reporting writing skills e.g. SQL
- Confident and articulate with great communication skills.
- Inquisitive and detail focused – happy to dig into information to find solutions to issues.
- ERP system experience.
As Management Accountant (Finance Analyst) you can expect:
