Project Manager

T2M are currently working alongside a nationwide fire protection and suppression organisation, who are currently undergoing rapid growth, to help them to recruit a London based Projects Manager for their sprinklers division.

As their London Projects Manager you would have full responsibility for the delivery of all the companies fire sprinkler works within the city. With time split between working from home and customer sites, overseeing and ensuring the delivery of projects.

As Project Manager, you will have the following key duties:

• Oversee sales, design and service delivery teams to manage costs and risks improving efficiencies, performance and profitability.
• Detail project timeliness and take Full P&L, budget and commercial responsibility for projects.
• Maintaining a high level of service delivery across all projects.
• To liaise with the Sales team to successfully transition contracts into day-to-day operation.
• To develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency of the operation.
• Identify opportunities within the industry for business growth and continued improvements.
• Maintain and manage team Health & Safety standards and industry standards.

As Project Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:

• A background or experience of working within the Fire Sprinklers/Suppression industry and of their associated standards (BSEN12845 & BS9251).
• Previous commercial and contractual experience (JCT and NEC contracts).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience a must.
• Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full clean UK Driving License.

As Project Manager, you can expect: 

• Salary of approximately £75,000.
