Project Manager

T2M are currently working alongside a nationwide fire protection and suppression organisation, who are currently undergoing rapid growth, to help them to recruit a Project Manager based in the Midlands delivering projects for their sprinklers division.

As a Project Manager you would be based in the Midlands with full responsibility for the delivery of the companies’ fire sprinkler small works and projects across the region.

As Project Manager, key duties include: 

• Oversee sales, design and service delivery teams to manage costs and risks improving efficiencies, performance and profitability.
• Detail project timeliness and take Full P&L, budget and commercial responsibility for projects.
• Maintaining a high level of service delivery across all projects.
• To liaise with the Sales team to successfully transition contracts into day-to-day operation.
• To develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency of the operation.
• Identify opportunities within the industry for business growth and continued improvements.
• Maintain and manage team Health & Safety standards and industry standards.

As Project Manager, the following skills and experience required to be a successful:

• A background or experience of working within the Fire Sprinklers/Suppression industry and of their associated standards (BSEN12845 & BS9251).
• Previous commercial and contractual experience (JCT and NEC contracts).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience a must.
• Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full clean UK Driving License.

• Salary of approximately £55,000
