T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of a successful international manufacturing group during an exciting period of change.

  • Location: US (ideally East Coast) – remote including up to 25% travel.
  • Salary: Up to $80,000 base per annum + Benefits Package.
What will you be doing?

Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will take responsibility for the following tasks:

  • Global financial planning & analysis process including;
    • owning the timelines,
    • leading the monthly financial presentations,
    • leading the financials of the quarterly Board of Directors presentation,
    • engagement in the execution and integration of business acquisitions.
  • Extensive engagement in continuous improvement programs that pursue increasing EBITDA, cash flow, growth and reducing risk for the business (e.g. optimizing working capital).
  • Partner with FP&A Director, CFO and CEO to develop the monthly financial package for review with management, our BOD, and also our majority partner
  • Within the FP&A role lead the global 13-week cash flow process with a focus on +/-5% accuracy weekly.
  • Work with the CEO, CFO, and Chief Commercial Officer on the acquisition and integration of new businesses including analysis of our deal pipeline, final analysis prior to executing the deal and also integration on an as needed basis.
What are we looking for?

To be successful as Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience with financial modelling.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize financial data with a focus on communicating to employees, managers, executives and partners.
  • Experience with PowerBI and the desire to visualize data that drives action.
  • Experience with business partnership, specific partnering with the CFO of the Service business and provide advice to the global P&L leader.
  • Openness to act as an owner rather than just an employee.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting includes the ability to analyze a trial balance from a potential acquisition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English and experience in engaging teams for which English is the first language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint as well as a consolidation system.
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%).
  • Ideally possess a Bachelor’s degree (in Finance, accounting, economics or similar) or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree / CPA / CMA (optional).
  • Minimum 2 years or professional experience.
