What’s our purpose?
Established in 2014, T2M Resourcing was created with a passion to provide a great recruitment service to its clients and candidates in a professional, ethical and flexible manner.

From ‘SME’ to ‘Plc’ we work with owner managed entities right through to major international groups. Our Midlands base provides a great location for us to recruit throughout the UK, often recruiting for our clients on an exclusive basis.

Putting something back
Whilst recruitment is what we do best, we are also aware of our corporate social responsibility. From working to a low carbon footprint, using low energy technology and ‘out of city’ offices, recycling, using tech’ enabled virtual meetings where ‘face to face’ meetings aren’t essential or practical, we also financially support good causes such as ‘Centrepoint’ and ‘Crisis’ to help those less fortunate than us. We don’t shout about these things on social media…it’s just part of what we do.
