This statement is made by T2M Resourcing pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

T2M Resourcing is committed to preventing modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chain.

As a UK recruitment and resourcing business, we are committed to conducting business ethically, with integrity and in line with good corporate governance. We continue to review our policies, procedures and working practices to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and current Home Office guidance.

We assess the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain as low. However, we recognise the importance of ongoing vigilance and undertake periodic reviews of our operations and supplier/ client relationships where appropriate.

We have policies and procedures in place to support ethical recruitment and employment practices, including:

  • Right to work and identity checks.
  • Candidate and employee compliance procedures.
  • Client and supplier due diligence where appropriate.
  • Whistleblowing and reporting procedures.
  • Equal opportunities and anti-discrimination policies.

We are committed to ensuring that all workers are treated fairly, lawfully and with respect.

This statement has been approved by the management of T2M Resourcing and will be reviewed annually.
