T2M delivered a successful placement for the Chief Commercial Officer role and then went on to hire a new team into the commercial department
Dominic was engaged by the CEO to support in recruiting a new Head of Business Development; having already been engaged with an agency, there was initial doubts that T2M could supply candidates who hadn’t already been seen.
After a thorough briefing and initial scope of the market, T2M concluded that the business was actually in need of a Chief Commercial Officer with more strategic, commercial, and leadership capability than a Head of Business Development would typically deliver.
Dominic delivered a shortlist of candidates with diverse backgrounds covering OEM and large business experience as well as SME and start-up exposure. This balance of experience was key for the Board to feel confident that a new leader within the company could recognise what corporate organisation do well, but also how to deliver this into a growing SME.
