A newly created remit within a rapidly growing group to ensure that the senior management team could drive strategy and growth through evidence-based data and business insight. T2M targeted ‘business insights’ specialists from large companies and created a shortlist that resulted in a successful appointment (accepted offer) within 30 days of taking the brief.
