Our team were delighted to be engaged by this P/E backed global market leader who provide project engineering services for a broad range of clients including some of the world’s leading automotive brands. Our remit was to source a senior HR leader to undertake the following remit:
- Develop and deliver HR strategy that would align to the business growth agenda.
- Create a group wide Talent Development Program to improve succession planning and retention of the best
- Be the trusted partner to the executive team
- Ensure the business could deliver against highly demanding resource planning requirements to meet large scale client project delivery deadlines
T2M conducted a UK wide search that resulted in the appointment of an exceptional candidate who in the eyes of the CEO would be an exciting addition to the global senior leadership team. Appointment level: £six figure base salary plus car allowance, bonus and future LTIP.
