Having recruited a number of finance professionals for this P/E owned US Head Quartered group, the CFO appointed T2M to recruit the newly created role of HR Director EMEA. This was a key appointment at a time of significant change. Our mandate was to source a candidate who :

• Could drive the HR agenda across multiple entities – to define a common strategy and culture that also aligned to local working practices & legislation throughout the EMEA region
• Would play a key role in the regional business restructure that would include the relocation of several European sites into a principal hub
• To ensure that the local Senior Leadership Teams had the requisite technical and leadership skills to fulfil their roles – implementing appropriate development & succession plans as required

T2M conducted a search focused on candidates with the required expertise to be based either in the UK or the Netherlands – we presented shortlists for both countries resulting in an appointment of a UK based professional.
