- Create a high performing people team that would ensure robust HR processes, controls and compliance across the company, including significant line manager training
- To provide exceptional support and challenge to the founders – helping them on their exit journey by ensuring they could ‘step back’ with confidence that the business would flourish under the new leadership
- Drive an initiative that would position the company as an ‘employer of choice’ in a highly competitive market – core focus points including talent recruitment, quality on-boarding, development and retention, effective comm’s, compensation & benefits
