Our £300m+ turnover manufacturing client appointed T2M to recruit two Division Finance Directors as part of a business restructure. The businesses run with a high degree of autonomy, requiring highly commercial FD’s to support the division MD’s to run the business as well as ensuring tight financial governance and reporting.

• Candidates had to have extensive manufacturing sector experience
• They needed to demonstrate great business partnering and influencing skills
• The ability to be equally adept with strategy and a ‘hands-on’ approach was essential
• Proven capability in leading and developing teams a key factor

This assignment was delivered as a an advertised and search exercise – in both cases the candidates appointed were approached directly by T2M as they were not actively seeking a move. 12 months on the candidates had both exceeded our client expectations.
