• Become the trusted Finance Business Partner to the Managing Directors & senior leadership teams of the UK entities
• Transition finance from a back office support function to a business enabler through the development of high quality business performance insights to drive business growth
• Ensure that bids and tenders ( products and services) were profitable and commercially future proof

T2M worked to a fast turn-a-round shortlist as required by the client (presented within three weeks) including hosting initial client interviews with the European based hiring Director and liaising with the UK MD’s. Successful candidate appointed within 5 weeks of assignment start.
