The Engineering team at T2M was required, on short notice, to rapidly increase recruitment of both temporary and permanent Production Technicians for an end of year production deadline.
In a high value, low volume, and technically demanding assembly environment; the key challenge was finding:
- immediately available,
- locally based,
- affordable,
- with experience of electro-mechanical assembly.
The Engineering team were not only able to deliver, but the production department was able to over deliver on products and ensure customers were delivered to ahead of schedule.
