T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside a well-established and successful Managed Service Provider based in Birmingham to help them to recruit an Account Manager.

This Account Management opportunity would be suited to someone with the desire to progress and develop alongside a forward thinking and rapidly growing innovative IT provider, with responsibility for growing and developing the contract values of the existing client base.

What will you be doing ?

Key responsibilities as an Account Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Management of existing accounts.
  • Push and upsell company services to grow existing account values.
  • Work alongside the technical support team always ensuring the clients interests at heart.
  • Plan strategic account meetings.
  • Continually meet pre-arranged KPI’s and targets.
What are we looking for?

Requirements to be a successful Account Manager:

  • Account management experience.
  • Previous experience working for a MSP (managed service provider) or IT provider with knowledge of Cyber security and risk mitigation beneficial.
  • An understanding of business software applications.
  • Excellent communication and confident in presenting compelling presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills to help manage your own diary.


Please note

This role will be based from the companies head office in Birmingham, a full UK driving license is essential as you will also be required to make visits to clients to build and strengthen relationships. There is a salary of £26,000 with an OTE of up to £45,000 alongside other benefits, offering a fantastic earning potential.
