Head of Finance Shared Services – Swietokrzyski Region, Poland

Head of Finance Shared Services
Swietokrzyski Region, Poland

Our well-established, successful, and global client is on a journey to create a Finance Shared Services centre of excellence in Poland. This ‘captive’ centre is already ‘up and running’ and the business is implementing a new leadership structure to take the finance operations forwards to ultimately grow from the current European centre to include far shore operations as well.

  • Hybrid Working – 3 days a week in the office
  • Competitive Salary circa zl400,000 & Benefits Package
  • A genuine opportunity for career progression

This newly created role requires a Finance Shared Services expert with significant experience across O2C, P2P and R2R from a ‘best in class’ process perspective. The focus of this role is to enhance and standardize processes – there is a huge investment in a global ERP upgrade and the Head of Finance Shared Services (Poland) will work closely with Global Process Owner heads to ensure that what ever is implemented at local level can be transitioned across the wider business.

This is not a large team leadership role! Whilst you will work closely across all finance shared services operations, this is a tactical / strategic role that needs great process and systems knowledge rather than proven team management skills – you will however need great stake holder management, communication and influencing skills.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role of Head of Finance Shared Services (Poland), you must have the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record of working at leadership level within International Finance Shared Services companies (captive or outsourced).
  • Great technical process knowledge of P2P, O2C and R2R functions.
  • Able to identify ‘areas for improvement’ and implement new procedures and processes that are robust, scalable and able to be transitioned globally.
  • Passionate about achieving ‘world class’ standards with a continuous improvement mind set.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willing to be based in the office (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days working from home) and to travel internationally as required.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive package and will have great long-term career development opportunities within this global market leading company.

To apply please forward your CV, stating your notice period and current salary.
