T2M Technical and Engineering are recruiting for a Sales Manager, on behalf of growing HVAC business. There is now an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the Service and Maintenance Division.  As Sales Manager you will work in partnership with the Service Manager to drive growth and increase revenues in the division.

This role as Sales Manager will require a customer focused, organised and self-motivated individual with experience new business development and managing key relationships in the facilities/property management sector.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Manager, you will undertake the following duties:

  • Devise and plan sales strategy.
  • Target new businesses and convert sales leads.
  • Maintain current account relationships and grow key accounts.
  • Visit sites and liaise with clients to identify service and maintenance requirements.
  • Produce proposals/quotations.
  • Report and present on sales forecasts and targets.
What are we looking for?

The successful Sales Manager, will need the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:

  • Strong sales background.
  • Proven in achieving sales of service and maintenance contracts.
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and targets.
  • Charismatic and personable, able to build relationships with contacts.
  • Understanding of facilities management and property management sector.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Competent in MS – Office, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
  • Clean driving licence.
