T2M Resourcing are working with a successful and growing business who are part of a larger group and have an opportunity for a temporary Finance Administrator join their team.
This is an URGENT requirement for a temporary Finance Administrator based in Kidderminster and could potentially become a long-term role.
- Location: Kidderminster.
- Office based role.
- £13-£15 per hour – 37.5 hours per week
As temporary Finance Administrator you will play a key part in the finance team, key responsibilities will include:
- Processing finance transactions.
- Posting journals.
- Account reconciliations.
- Credit card / expenses processing.
- Assisting other finance team members with finance tasks as required e.g. month end reporting.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a finance team and ideally having completed some finance study e.g. AAT.
- Good experience of finance transaction processing e.g. purchase ledger.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
- Good organisational skills, able to adapt to an ever-changing workload.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous.
