Trust, integrity, an extensive network of contacts / candidates and availability to chat seven days a week are often the reasons why!

With more than 30 years in recruitment, Steve offers a wealth of experience gained from large corporate recruiters such as Robert Walters, Harvey Nash & Hudson. Whilst ‘best practice’ and ‘success’ are key drivers for Steve, of equal importance are personal and business reputation built on honest and open dialogue.

When not in the office, Steve enjoys a wide range of sporting and endurance activities – he’s seldom found sitting still!

Dominic heads up T2M Technical and Engineering, having earned a reputation for providing exceptional client and candidate service in technology and engineering recruitment, building great relationships and becoming renowned for his high integrity and passion for what he does.

A graduate in Law, Dominic utilises the skills he developed from his degree to research and analyse technical requirements and develop a thorough understanding of his clients’ needs.

Outside the office, Dominic leads a highly active life, which includes the gym, playing football for a local team, and travelling in both the UK and Internationally to compete in Hot Air Balloon competitions!

Sam heads up our Software and IT division, with over a decade in managing end-to-end recruitment solutions for contact and permanent positions in the UK and EMEA.

Another Law graduate, Sam uses the skills he developed in his degree to translate complex job requirements into jargon free deliverables, communicating with techie and no techies alike.

In his spare time, he can be found at Little Kickers with his son Myles or probably tying pig tails for daughter Florence. That or tinkering with anything with an engine or wheels, at the Nürburgring, or running marathons.

A Graduate in Business Studies with a CIPD qualification, Hayley started her career in HR. Hayley then made the move into Recruitment in 2010 working for an International Search firm, then moving to T2M in 2017 where she heads up our HR division.

Hayley has been successful in a range of Recruitment assignments at all levels from HR Director, Head of People, Senior People Advisor, Recruitment Manager, Global Head of Payroll, Payroll Administration & a range of Finance roles across all levels. Hayley’s ability to grasp the needs of her clients and candidates, together with a diligent, determined and focused approach consistently result in successful appointments, including happy candidates and clients!

When not in recruitment mode, Hayley enjoys an active life and travels with her young family!

Nicole is one of our longest serving members of staff.  With 20+ years’ experience across multiple disciplines within both “inhouse” recruitment and executive search firms in the UK and USA, Nicole is highly skilled in co-ordinating and managing the entire recruitment process life cycle as well as executing relationship management at all levels of the business.

Inspired by success and result focused, Nicole shares the same values as Steve, by always delivering a high quality, professional and thorough service to clients and candidates. Nicole specialises in Finance from senior level appointments to graduate recruitment.

Outside of work Nicole has a wide range of interests including property renovation, interior design and running!

Tom is a valuable asset to T2M’s Finance team. His passion for building relationships allows him to establish long term partnerships and recruit the right people by finding the best fit for both clients and candidates.

Tom is responsible for our Interim Finance desk, delivering high-quality service to both candidates and clients. Specialising in senior interim finance, Tom has delivered on CFO, Director of Audit, Head of Financial Reporting and Head of Finance assignments and continues to build out T2M’s Interim Finance division.

When not at work, he enjoys skiing, cooking and avoiding the gym!

With a degree in Human Resources and 9 years of management experience, a passion for recruiting the right people has been an integral part of Anna’s career to date.

At T2M Anna provides essential resourcing support to the Finance and HR divisions, Anna also assists our Managing Director in providing interim and contractor solutions to our clients across the UK, as well as compliance and CRM support.

Outside of work Anna enjoys spending time with her children, swimming and watching musicals.

Alex enjoys building relationships with both candidates and clients, drawing on his experiences from a number of customer-facing roles held prior to joining T2M. Result focused and driven by success, Alex delivers a high quality, professional service to candidates and clients across the T2M Technical and Engineering division.

A graduate in Geography, Alex uses the skills he developed from his degree to analyse and understand requirements for technical roles which enables him to deliver positive outcomes through his focused approach to finding the best match for both candidates and clients.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys a number of different sports, particularly rugby and cricket and the competitive nature which comes with each of these!

Grace is a First Class Business Management Graduate with experience of working in engineering and customer service. People focused, she loves meeting with candidates and clients to build long-term relationships.

During her 12 month placement at GE Aviation, Grace designed and delivered continuous improvement and lean projects for the MRO department. Her initiative and innovative approach enables her to produce results even with the hardest to fill recruitment requirements.

Working as part of the Technical and Engineering team, she utilises her first-hand experience of engineering and technical teams to understand client recruitment needs. Moving forward Grace will be taking on diverse and unique roles to provide high-quality technical candidates across the UK.

Outside of work, Grace loves to keep fit with regular gym classes and trips skiing. She is also an advocate of regular T2M Bake-offs!

Our dependable and efficient Office Manager Tracy provides admin support to the team with initial candidate screening, database management and plays a key role in organising diaries, events and team meetings.

When not at the gym, Tracy can often be found in the office!

After spending three years working as Marketing Executive at T2M, Lauren now works with T2M on a freelance basis!

Lauren provides support with T2M’s marketing and branding through content creation, website management, copywriting, and social media.
