A partnership approach to Interim recruitment services.

We are able to provide interim professionals either on an ‘inside’ or ‘outside’ IR35 basis dependent on the assignment brief and meeting the relevant criteria.

All of our ‘outside’ IR35 assignments are insurance backed as we use a professional advisor to manage the determination process – giving assurance and comfort to all parties.

We will undertake most interim assignments that require a minimum 3 month’s commitment (or potentially Interim-to-perm’ solutions), and can assure you of the following:

• Video screening interviews are conducted to carefully assess candidates for the required skills and experience.
• Full management of the IR35 determination status (if appropriate).
• We use Trust ID as our provider for ‘Right to work’ checks.
• Qualification checks will be done by documentation requests.
• When required we will request references.
• Regular contact during and after the recruitment process to ensure that all parties are engaged and happy.
• Easy to use timesheet system with Save Trees.
• Competitive terms of engagement that are fully transparent.

Sustainable suppliers are important to us, which is why for our interim recruitment we work with timesheet company Save Trees who plant at least one tree per month on behalf of us at T2M!

That’s not all, we also plant a tree for every interim that we place with a client as part of our Jobs for the Planet Scheme!
