Divisional Head of Finance

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Divisional Head of Finance on behalf of a successful, multi entity, business services company. This role is initially offered as a 12-month FTC with high potential to become a permanent role.

• Salary: up to £100K plus bonus subject to experience.
• Location: Midlands with UK travel.
• 12 month FTC.

As Divisional Head of Finance, supporting the MD, you will be responsible for an £80million, multi-entity division within the Group. This role requires someone highly commercial who can act as business partner at a senior level within a complex business to drive and influence business performance. Supported by a Finance Analyst, working as part of a matrix organisation, you will drive commercial decisions as well as being happy to ‘get into the detail’.

To be successful in the role of Divisional Head of Finance, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Proven experience within a complex, multi-entity, ideally B2B business in a similar business partnering role.
• The ability to get into the detail, comfortable with large data sets to drive business performance.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, be able to provide strategic insights based on financial analysis.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility by adapting work in line with changing priorities.
