T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Payroll Administrator for an ambitious, high-growth business. This role will suit an experienced Payroll Administrator; consideration will also be given to candidates who are keen to start their payroll career who can demonstrate excellent administration experience.
This role will be offered as a 3-month temporary contract, and we are seeking someone who can start in a new role asap.
- Location: Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire
- Salary: circa £25K subject to experience (pro rata for part-time)
- Hybrid working: (2-3 days a week required in the office)
- Consideration will be given to candidates who would like to work part-time (ideally a 4-day working week)
- Free parking
- Start date: ASAP
Key responsibilities as Payroll Administrator include:
- Timely and accurate payroll processing for both hourly paid and salaried staff.
- Dealing with payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Dealing with external queries relating to payroll.
- Completion of P60, P45, P35, P11D, SSP, SMP, SPP forms.
To be successful as Payroll Administrator, you will have the following skills and experiences:
- Previous payroll experience ideal but not essential.
- An understanding of general Payroll processes.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in an organised and efficient manner.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full time basis.
