T2M Resourcing is celebrating 10 Years in business – providing a partnership approach to recruitment helping businesses and people grow for over a decade.
Over the past 10 years, T2M Resourcing has become the trusted recruitment partner to many companies (large and small), recruiting from early careers through to board level across Finance, Technical, Engineering, IT, Human Resources, Procurement / Supply Chain, Legal and Senior and Executive functions.
Starting out in a converted garage, T2M has grown year-on-year, now with over 1,000 square feet of office space employing 10+ staff with over 90 years of combined recruitment experience, who work with high integrity and energy to source talented professionals, supporting candidates in finding their desired roles, and supporting businesses with their growth plans.
T2M Resourcing also launched their Jobs for the Planet initiative in 2022 where a tree is planted for every placement made – so far over 300 trees have been planted in the past three years thanks to the engagement with clients recruiting staff through T2M. This initiative means T2M can be a sustainable supplier and recruitment partner of choice to clients.

There have been many highlights in our first ten years at T2M Resourcing, from the very first placement we made (within 2 weeks of starting up) to winning a full ‘Managed Services’ recruitment agreement with a client where we have made more than 40 placements in a 6-month period.
We are passionate about growing with our clients and perhaps the best example is a group that when we first engaged with them had 200 staff – they now have over 2000 employees, and we have played a big part in helping them hire at all levels to achieve success.
T2M has also held a number of great events at the Worcestershire Cricket Club and with The Morgan Motor Company, being able to network with clients and candidates while continuing to strengthen and build on relationships.
From Chief Technology Officers, to Supply Chain Managers, Head of People, Managing Directors and many more – T2M has had incredible success recruiting Senior and Executive Level talent over the years.
Not just for permanent roles but the Interim recruitment division has grown massively too – particularly in the Finance space, with a range of fixed-term contract roles such as Interim CFO, Interim Financial Controllers, Interim Finance Directors and so many more!
